why me ?

- after few years working for a Development related institution , i find my self on a unpaid vacation after i opted not to seek any further extension of my contract. internal politics, narrow minded people posing as colleagues, and blatant incompetency within higher management were a few advantages for taking up the vacation. Finally.. an empty pocket but peace in mind.

A great post! This unprecedented victory indicates that the patriotic masses in Sri Lanka is really a force to be reckoned with. The huge margin of 1.8 million of votes that the president secured shows that the rural Sinhala masses will shape the future direction of the country. Gone are the days that the Sinhala voter base was strictly static, divided and not flexible due to the deeply rooted party affiliations. It has changed now. When it comes to take a critical decision for the country it acts intelligently. It is a warning sing for any secessionist and foreign force hell bent for dividing the country. And also it is a slap on the faces of I/NGO goons who thought they could change the mindset of patriotic forces by spreading lies through media, blog sphere and face book.
