located by the sea , between the Matara Bus stand and the Ramparts of the Matara Fort , this memorial has fallen pray to the Thomian hooligans.

That really is a pathetic thing to do to a memorial. I feel ashamed to be from the school when I see things like this taking place. I honestly don't understand what the person/people doing this was/were thinking.
